Dimming Performance

RMT500: Minimum brightness from off: 3% Minimum brightness from max: 1% RAK4-T: Minimum brightness from off: 2% Minimum brightness from max: 2%

Smoothness of Dimming

With trailing edge dimmers this lamp and driver performed very well. No static flicker was visible at any output level although a slight shimmer could be seen while fading. This was only visible as the lamp approached minimum output. While the profile was smooth and had no big steps it was heavily grouped towards the bottom end of the dimmer output.

Audible Noise

No audible noise when tested with any recommended dimmer.

Notes

Not suitable for leading edge dimmers as the lamp is still illuminated when the dimmer is in the off state.
