Smoothness of Dimming

This lamp and driver combination dims well to around 15% of maximum output at which point they flash periodically. This is to such an extent that the fittings would not be usable at this output level. Not only this but the flash is sufficient that even as the fittings turn off there is a period of flashing. This problem can be improved by limiting the profile using the profile editor function in rasoft. Aside from this when used with leading edge dimmers the lamp flickers during dimming.

Audible Noise

No audible noise when used with any dimmer.

Notes

Could be usable if profile editor is used to minimise flashing. Without changing this whenever the lights are turned off there will be a significant period of flashing as the lamp is dimmed.
