Smoothness of Dimming

This lamp dimmed smoothly in the upper section of its output range but experienced considerable issues when dimmed to a low level. Towards the bottom end of the output range, the lamp flickered and shimmered very noticeably while fading. While some shimmer while fading was seen towards the upper end of the output range it was less obvious. The profile, in general, was smooth and continuous.

Audible Noise

No audible noise when tested with any dimmer.

Notes

The result stated is for 9 LEDs wired in series from a signal driver. The stated "tested units" refers to the number of drivers tested. The "Minimum Brightness" is the minimum point where the lamp is not flickering.
