Smoothness of Dimming

When tested with both leading and trailing edge dimmer this lamp showed no flicker when static at any output level. There was some visible shimmer while fading between levels. With all modules the dimming was heavily grouped at the bottom of the output range although this was more noticeable with leading edge dimmers than with trailing. With leading edge dimmers there was a slight flash on turn on. With trailing edge dimmers if the lamp was turned on at low level then there were problems with

Audible Noise

Notes

A low maximum number of circuits is stated due to the high peak currents seen on all dimmers.
