Smoothness of Dimming

No static flicker or shimmer while fading was observed when tested with any dimmer. While there were no noticeable steps in the dimming profile all dimming was very heavily grouped at the bottom end of the dimmer output. This means when the default profile and fade rates are used the lamp appears to have a very abrupt turn on.

Audible Noise

No audible noise when tested with any dimmer

Notes

No noticeable imperfections in visual performance. A rating of "very good" rather than "excellent" for the RML is given because of the minimum light output.
