Smoothness of Dimming

This lamp performed well with trailing edge dimmers. It was possible to make the lamp flicker at the very minimum level but this is easily mitigated by scene setting. A noticeable shimmer was visible while fading between levels with all dimmers. This was considerably more noticeable with leading edge dimmers as opposed to trailing edge dimmers. The dimming profile was smooth albeit heavily grouped towards the top end of the dimmer output.

Audible Noise

No audible noise when tested with any recommended dimmer.
