Smoothness of Dimming
This lamp performed very well with trailing edge dimmers with no static flicker of shimmer while fading between levels. A slight flicker was observed at the very minimum output during the leading edge dimmer test. A slight step could be seen as the tape approached maximum output.
Audible Noise
No audible noise when tested with any recommended dimmer.
