Smoothness of Dimming

When tested with a trailing edge dimmer no flicker was observed at any output level and the light faded nicely between levels with no shimmer. However, when fading up from off the turn on was somewhat abrupt and the dimming profile is not consistent with the Rako dimmer output. That is to say most of the dimming seems to occur in two sections of the dimmer output profile with little change noticeable outside these areas. When tested with leading edge the dimmer did not experience this problem
