Smoothness of Dimming

This lamp performed fairly well with all types of dimmer. Static flicker was observed at the very minimum output and some shimmer could be seen when fading between levels. This shimmer was more noticeable with leading edge dimmers. The profile was smooth and continuous with no noticeable steps or jumps.

Audible Noise

No audible noise when tested with any recommended dimmer.
