Smoothness of Dimming

The lamp dims well to 2% of its maximum output with no flickering at any output level. The dimming profile is relatively continuous and linear with only some very minor steps visible. When turned on the fitting does come on abruptly at a fairly bright level, this is improved by decreasing the fade rate of the dimmer.

Audible Noise

No audible noise with either RMT or RAK4-T

Notes

Only suitable for trailing edge dimming. When used with leading edge the fitting flashes very noticeably while dimming.
