Smoothness of Dimming

When tested with both leading and trailing edge dimmers this lamp performed very well. No flicker while static or shimmer while fading was observed at any output level. In general the profile was linear and continuous with no large steps seen at any stage in the dimming profile.

Audible Noise

No audible noise when used with every dimmer

Notes

The visual performance of this lamp was good enough to be classed in the "Excellent" range. However, as it only dims to around 3% of maximum output it is rated only as "Very good"
