Smoothness of Dimming

This lamp performed fairly well with all dimmers. No static flicker was visible at any output level but there was significant shimmer while fading. When turned on at a low level the light flashes on before stabilising at the dimmed level. While the profile is mainly smooth and linear a couple of small steps or jumps can be seen as the lamp fades from off to maximum.

Audible Noise

No audible noise when tested with any dimmer.
