Smoothness of Dimming

All round performed well visually. The lamp faded smoothly between levels with no small steps. With trailing edge dimmers the lamp had no significant flicker, with leading at the very bottom of the output range some flicker was observed. The dimming profile is reasonably continuous although some large steps were noticeable with all dimmers. The lamp does turn on rather abruptly, this can from some extent be improved by creating a custom profile.
