Smoothness of Dimming

The performance of this lamp varied significantly when used with trailing and leading edge dimmers. When used with trailing edge dimmers. No flicker was observed at any output level with either leading or trailing edge dimmers. With trailing edge dimmer a slight shimmer was visible while fading between levels, this was only really observable in the range of 0-20%. With leading dimmers this shimmer was considerably more noticeable and present throughout the output range. The profile in general
