Smoothness of Dimming

In most areas this lamp performed very well with no static flicker observed at any output level. With trailing edge dimmers there was no shimmer while fading between levels although some could be seen when tested with the RML500. The main area of criticism of this lamp is the inconsistency between fittings as they were turned on which was visible even when dimming up to maximum output.
