Smoothness of Dimming

Despite only dimming to between 2 and 5% when used with trailing edge this lamp performed very well. With both leading and trailing edge dimmers this lamp did not flicker or strobe at any output level. The dimming profile was continuous in the main with no large steps although some small steps were observed in the bottom half of the output range. When used with trailing edge dimmers a slight flash was observed when the light was turned on at a low output level.
