Smoothness of Dimming
No static flicker was observed at any output level with any dimmer. A very slight shimmer is present when fading between levels towards the bottom end of the dimming range. The main criticism of this fitting is the jumps and unevenness in the profile that is visible when fading from 0-100%.
Audible Noise
No noise with trailing edge dimmer, quiet buzz with leading edge.
