Smoothness of Dimming

This lamp performed fairly well with all dimmers. there was no static flicker at any output level. With trailing edge dimmers there was no shimmer while fading between levels, there was some shimmer when tested with the RML-500. While the profile, in general, was smooth there was a noticeable step/flash as the lamp approached maximum output.

Audible Noise

No audible noise when tested with any recommended dimmer.
