Smoothness of Dimming

This lamp had significant problems when tested with all dimmers. The main issue was the very a noticeable step and flash as the lamp approached maximum output. While there was no significant flicker at any output level there was noticeable shimmer while fading between levels.

Audible Noise

No audible noise when tested with any dimmer.

Notes

The primary reason this lamp was rated as "Neutral" is the large step at the top of the output range.
