Smoothness of Dimming

With trailing edge dimmers this lamp dims to a low level when fading down from the "on state". When fading up from off the lamp comes on abruptly at a bright level. The dimming profile with trailing edge is linear and continuous with no large steps. Small steps were visible while fading between levels and the lamps turned on inconsistently with one another. When used with leading edge dimmers the lamp also flashes brightly when turned on and was flickery in the bottom 20% of the output ran

Audible Noise

No audible noise when used with any dimmer.
