Smoothness of Dimming

Using this lamp with trailing edge dimmers results in very good visual performance. There is no flicker at any output level and no large steps in the dimming profile were observed. The lamps are consistent with one another at any fade speed. The only area of criticism is that the dimming is largely grouped in the middle third of the dimmer output. Not advised for use with leading edge dimmers. If used with leading edge the fittings should not be dimmed below 20%.
