Smoothness of Dimming

With trailing edge dimmers no static flicker was observed at any output level and only a slight shimmer was visible when fading between levels. With leading edge dimmers there was a very noticeable static flikcer at the bottom end of the output range and a very significant shimmer while fading between levels throughout the output range. The profile was heavily grouped towards the bottom end of the dimmers output range.

Audible Noise

No audible noise when tested with any dimmer.
