Smoothness of Dimming

When tested with trailing edge dimmers (RMT and RAK4-T) no flicker was observed at any static output level. With a leading edge dimmer a slight flicker was observed at the very minimum level. No shimmer was observed while fading with any dimmer. While the profile, in general, was good there was a slight step in the middle of the output range.

Audible Noise

No audible noise when tested with trailing edge dimmers, buzz when tested with RML.

Notes

This fitting and driver combination is not advised for use with the RML500 not due to poor visual performance but because of the very high peak currents measured during tested.
