This lamp and driver combination dims to less than 1% of maximum output easily with no noticeable flickering or strobing. While there are some small steps in the dimming profile these are not significant. It is worth noting that the vast majority of the dimming occurs between 20% and 70% of the Rako dimmer ouput.
