Smoothness of Dimming

When tested with trailing edge dimmers this lamp performed very well. No static flicker was observed at any output level. A slight shimmer could be seen while fading between levels. While the profile was smooth it was heavily grouped around the mid-level of dimmer output.

Audible Noise

No audible noise when tested with any recommended dimmer.

Notes

This lamp could not be recommended for use with leading edge dimmers as the lamp flickers at maximum output.
