Smoothness of Dimming

While this lamp performed reasonably there are a couple of areas of criticisms. WIth all trailing edge dimmers the lamp flickers at the very minimum output. It also shimmers while fading between levels as it approaches the minimum output. Aside from this, the profile was smooth and continuous with no noticeable steps.

Audible Noise

No audible noise when tested with any dimmer.

Notes

This lamp cannot be recommended for use with leading edge dimmers. When tested with only a single fitting the lamp did not turn off.
