Smoothness of Dimming

When used with trailing edge dimmers this driver performed very well with a variety of 700mA fittings. No significant flicker was observed at any stage with the output stable throughout its dimming profile. The dimming profile itself did have a noticeable large step at around 50% of maximum output but while fading between the levels the change in light output was smooth and relatively continuous in all other areas.

Not usable with leading edge, tested with a variety of fittings this driver flashes through the majority of the output range. This was bad enough to be unacceptable to all users.
