Smoothness of Dimming

With trailing edge dimmers this lamp performed very well, paticularly with the WMT-400. Only with the RML-500 was there flicker at any static level: at the minimum. There was some shimmer while fading between levels with all dimmers except the WMT-400 with this being considerably more noticeable with the RML-500 than with the trailing edge dimmers. The profile was smooth and continuous although somewhat grouped towards the bottom end of the dimmers output range.

Audible Noise

No audible noise when tested with any recommended dimmer.
