Smoothness of Dimming

This lamp performed reasonably well with all dimmers but there were some areas of criticism. There was a noticeable flicker at the minimum output level with all dimmers but the lamps did not seem to shimmer while fading between levels. The profile was smooth but heavily grouped towards the bottom end of the dimmer output range.

Audible Noise

No audible noise when tested with any recommended dimmer.

Notes

While the generally standard of visual performance was high across all dimmers a maximum rating of "Good" can only be only given due to the relatively low minimum brightness.
