Smoothness of Dimming

With trailing edge dimmers this lamp performed very well. The only area of criticism is that the lamps could be made to behave inconsistently with one another when turning on at the minimum level. With leading edge dimmers many more problems could be seen: the lamps flickered at the minimum output and also shimmered while fading.

Audible Noise

No audible noise when tested with any dimmer.
