Smoothness of Dimming

When tested with the RAK4-T this lamp performed reasonably well. No static flicker was observed at any output level but a significant shimmer could be seen when fading between levels. The lamp could not be recommended for use with RMT500, RML500, RMT-Pill (see notes).

Audible Noise

No audible noise when tested with any recommended dimmer.

Notes

This lamp could not be recommended for use with the RMT500, RML500 and RMT-Pill as it remained on very slightly when the dimmer was in the off state. It is very likely that with more than two lamps fitted this problem would not occur but more lamps would be required for testing to confirm this.
