Smoothness of Dimming

With trailing edge dimmers this lamp performed very well despite only dimming to 6% of maximum output. No static flicker or shimmer while fading was observed at any output level. The profile was consistent and evenly distributed across the output range.

Audible Noise

No audible noise when tested with any dimmer.

Notes

This lamp cannot be recommended for use with leading edge dimmers as the lamp flashes at the minimum value. Additional loading may solve these issues.
