Smoothness of Dimming

The only areas of criticism of this lamp are a slight inconsistency of turn on at a minimum level and a shimmer while fading at a dimmed level. Both of these issues were more noticeable with leading edge dimmers. No static flicker was observed and the profile was, in general, smooth.
