Smoothness of Dimming

No static flicker was observed at any output level with any tested dimmer. Only a very slight shimmer could be seen while fading as the leading edge dimmers approached the minimum level. The only significant area of criticism is the inconsistency between fittings when turned on at the minimum level. This can also be noticed as the lamps are dimmed down to off slowly. This impacts on the stated minimum brightness value above.
