Smoothness of Dimming

When tested with trailing edge dimmers this lamp performed fairly well. No static flicker was observed at any output level although some shimmer was visible while fading at the lower end of the output range. The main criticism of this fitting is the inconsistency between fittings when turned on at a low level.

Audible Noise

No audible noise when used with recommended dimmers

Notes

Not recommended for leading edge dimmers, load flashes at maximum output.
