Smoothness of Dimming

This lamp performed very well in general with both leading and trailing edge dimmers with few areas of criticism. There was no flicker when dimmed to any output level and the dimming profile was almost entirely continuous and linear. The only steps in the dimming profile observed were between 10-30% and these were not particularly noticeable.

Audible Noise

No audible noise from lamp or ballast when used with trailing edge, signigicant buzz with leading edge.
